To revive Indian heritage and culture, uphold traditional art and craft as well as to empower women through every possible avenue is an aspiration of Folkhaat. With this aim in mind, we imparted a vibrant glance to our logo that can instantly connect us to the roots of our nation’s customs and inheritance. The letter “O” of the first letter “Folk” represents a buzzing marketplace where people are flocking to obtain traditional art and crafts. In the word “Haat”, we can find two tribal women resembling the word “A” and narrating the significance of women in reviving the traditional folk culture. The logo tried to give a tint of India’s famous Warli art, coming from the tribals of Maharashtra.
